We offer your HQM workshop for a product/feature team of up to 10 people. This includes the pre- and post-processing as well as the implementation of the workshop.

What does Holistic Quality Management mean
Looking at quality holistically
In software development, a good awareness of quality has been developed over the last few decades, but this is usually characterized by the functional correctness of an application; “It works!”
In other words, you focus on the WHAT! But not on the HOW. Quality has various aspects that must be considered as a whole. Often there is simply a lack of knowledge and time.

With the experience of 50+ years in Quality Assurance within Software Product Development we can give you valuable inputs to your current processes and artifacts.
The HQM assessment follows the following procedure:
Evaluation of answers to the HQM questionnaire
Interviewing a defined no. of stakeholders
Review the collected information within HQM committee
Brainstorming within HQM committee
Presenting assessment results and proposals to key stakeholders
Define next steps to improve HQM

The role of a test manager has also evolved with the agile transformation and new collaboration models.
Of course, for larger projects/programs there is often still the classic role of the TM, but in many organizations we see a move towards the role of a Quality Coach.
As a Quality Coach, I work as a coach/mentor for the topic of quality in the entirety with which HQM addresses it. In Quality Coaching, we support a large number of product teams and not just one project, for example by conducting HQM workshops.
We have experienced quality coaches who will be happy to support you in introducing continuous improvements in quality.

The HQM tool comes with a connection to the usual task management tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps and Gitlab.
Es ermöglicht einerseits die Erstellung der jeweiligen Aufgaben im jeweiligen Tool, sowie die Synchronisierung des Status, damit dieser wiederum konsolidiert im HQM-Tool angezeigt werden kann.

The HQM tool supports the HQM workshop as well as the continuous improvement of the quality process through features for voting including a mobile app and AI-supported solution finding.
